CANCELATION POLICY GENERAL

In order not to incur cancellation charge, all confirmed reservations must be cancelled at least 24h prior to the scheduled arrival date.

This policy also applies to early departures. In order not to incur cancellation change, early departures must be communicated to the reception also 24h prior to the early departure, safe in exceptional cases.
 
Cancellation charge: 1 nights accommodation.


CANCEL CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS and LONG TERM RESERVATIONS.

Definitions:

Group reservation is taken to be a reservation, made by one subject for 4 rooms or more. A long term reservation is taken to be a reservation made for more than 1 week.
In order for a group reservation / long term reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the full stay including tax is required. In case of a new subject making the reservation, we require the pre payment of the full stay.

Cancellation policies, applicable for group policies and long term reservations.

- Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge up till 4 weeks prior to arrival date. The 50% deposit is fully refundable.
- Reservations cancelled 4 - 2 weeks prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 25% of the full stay including tax.
- Reservations cancelled 2 - 1 week prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 50% of the full stay including tax.
- Reservations cancelled 1 week or less prior to arrival date incur the full stay including tax.
- No-show is the full stay including tax.


STORNO PODMÍNKY PRO SKUPINOVÉ REZERVACE a pro DLOUHODOBÉ RESERVACE.

Definice:

Skupinovou rezervací se rozumí rezervace provedená jedním subjektem na 4 pokoje a více v jednom termínu. Dlouhodobou reservací se rozumí reservace, která je provedena na další dobu než 1 týden.

Takovéto rezervace mohou být potvrzeny pouze při zaplacení 50% zálohy z celkové částky za rezervaci. V případě že se jedná o nový subjekt, který provádí rezervaci, je zapotřebí uhradit celou částku rezervace za ubytování.


Storno podmínky, vztahující se na skupinové reservace a na dlouhodobé reservace

- storno do 4 týdnů před příjezdem – bez poplatků - záloha bude vrácena
- storno 4 až 2 týdny před příjezdem – záloha ve výši 25% z celkové částky za rezervaci - záloha není vratná
- storno 2 až 1 týden před příjezdem – záloha ve výši 50% z celkové částky za rezervaci - záloha není vratná
- storno 1 týden a méně před příjezdem vč. storna v den příjezdu – úhrada ve výši 100% z celkové částky za rezervaci – částka není vratná
